About E&M Counselling
Counselling Services
Located in Richmond County, I offer individual Counselling for those who may need help navigating the following challenges:
- Individuals who have experienced trauma, including but not limited to childhood trauma, PTSD, physical and sexual assault, intimate partner violence
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief/Loss
- Postpartum Mental Health
- Relationship/Family Challenges
- Stress Management
- Self-care & Mindfulness
Individual counselling sessions are open to children (5+), adolescents & adults
**Accepting new clients**
Billing
Counselling sessions are $175 for a 50 minute session. This fee is also applied to any additional reports, forms, or external meetings that are requested on your behalf.
Insurance:
Ask about coverage for services with a Registered Counselling Therapist when inquiring with your provider.
Direct billing is available for the following providers:
- Medavie Blue Cross
- Telus health
- Veterans Affairs
- Sunlife
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend, please contact me 24-hours in advance. Your appointment was reserved specifically for you. Failure to provide 24-hour notice of a cancelled appointment will be charged 75% of the cost of service.
