Located in Richmond County, I offer individual Counselling for those who may need help navigating the following challenges:

- Trauma (PTSD/Complex Trauma)
- Postpartum Mental Health
- Relationship/Family Challenges
- Stress Management
- Self-care & Mindfulness

Or Virtually on evenings and weekends

Fees:
The Fee for Counselling is $175 per 50 minute session. This fee is also applied to any additional reports/forms, or external meetings that are requested on your behalf.
Insurance:
Ask about coverage for services with a Registered Counselling Therapist when inquiring with your provider.
I can direct bill:
- Medavie Blue Cross
- Telus health
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend, please contact me 24-hours in advance. Your appointment was reserved specifically for you. Failure to provide 24-hour notice of a cancelled appointment will be charged 75% of the cost of service.
